Events Campaign.

Oracle and Qubix wanted to run an event for 40 CFO’s and CEO’s, to be able to deliver an informative presentation and generate sales opportunities with decision makers.

The Challenge

Whilst the objectives were simple. Through our connections, we booked the premiere restaurant in Melbourne, acquired the invitiation database, developed the landing page, invitation and EDM’s in conjunction with a complete digital strategy including analytics, and then went about calling these invitees to promote the event, and get permission to send them the invitation. Following the event, we spoke with every attendee and registration, engaged them and booked in follow up meetings.

The Solution

45 CFO’s and CEO’s attended Vue De Monde for a 2 hour breakfast, where Oracle and Qubix sales staff were able to network with these senior professionals.
